Our Mission
At D1 Lacrosse Academy, we are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of lacrosse players from second grade through high school. Our mission is to empower athletes with the skills and knowledge necessary for college recruitment and success on and off the field. We provide high-quality training that combines both in-person and online sessions, ensuring players have access to top-tier coaching regardless of their location. Our unique approach includes personalized mentorship that fosters strong relationships, allowing us to tailor our guidance to each player's individual needs.

CEO, Founder David DiMaria
Head Lacrosse Trainer
Dave DiMaria is High School and Coolegiate All American from Half Hollow Hills West, and Lehigh University. He finished second all time in career assists and 3rd all time in goals. He was a Tewaaraton Award finalist. Following graduation the Bostoc Cannons selected coach DiMaria in th entry draft of the Premiere Lacrosse League. He later served as Director of operations and assistant coach at Lehigh University. He has been a coach and a mentor at every level of the game, and is widely known as the best lacrosse trainer on Long Island.
